Hello. I am Deanne Kouba Day, the Broker/Owner of Day and Company, Inc. I have lived in the Denver Metro area for more than 36 years. Originally I came from North Dakota and was raised in a family of 11. I have been in the real estate business for more than 29 years. In that time I have specialized in farms, ranches, acreage, vacant land, ranches, shops, barns, residential homes, commercial properties, short sales, foreclosures, auctions, and bank owned properties. My approach is very simple! I answer my phone, do what I tell you I will do and I treat every transaction as if it were my own! Working with a sense of urgency is a difference maker in this market and fighting for every penny is what I do for all of my clients! 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Do not open any new credit lines, no new purchases. No late payments. Check out your lender thoroughly.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
have their home in "show home condition" Be flexible with showing times and open to ideas to stage the house.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
first time home buyers, repeat customers, foreclosures, short sales, down payment assistance, VA, Commercial, acreage, Vacant land
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
A buyer got a home because a seller wanted a Veteran to get a home in this tough market. My buyer was so excited and the seller was so generous. It all went smoothly and everyone is happy. That makes me happy.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
A friend mentioned to me that I should do real estate, I started thinking about it and signed up for classes the next day.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Yes, GRI. Staging certificate. And many continuing education classes with varying topics pertaining to real estate and the lender industry.
