My husband and had to find a house and move as soon as possible. We live in the LA area and it was just too expensive for us to buy a house here. So we figured we would look closer toward the I.E. We started looking on Zillow and marking things that we like. We had the weekend to find something. We had a plan that we would look at house in the high desert as well as down the hill. I sat down and got a list together of all the houses that we wanted to see and then I went on Zillow and tried to make an appointment to go see the house. A few minutes later an agent called, I explained what we needed and he told me that he would call me back in a few minutes. About ten minutes later a young lady called and told me that the other agent had her call me. Once again explained what I was looking for and she said she would call me back. About 10 minutes after that Reggie called me and by this time I was done with the whole situation. I let him have it. He was very apologetic and explained that he will be handling things from this point out and y?all when I tell you he handled it, please believe me he handled it. I had an extremely long list of houses that we wanted to see, he took down everyone of them and told me that he would start on getting us appointments to go see them. Mind you it was about 7 PM when we talked. He told me he will call me back in a little while with the 1st appointment time. Before we got off the phone he said ?Don?t worry I?ll promise I?ll will be the one to call you back.? He did just that called me back and had our first appointment set for 10 or 11 the next day. First thing the next day he was in the phone confirming with us the time and where we were going first. My husband told Reggie, ?You see the things we like in the other homes that we picked if you feel you have some you want us to look at add them to the list for tomorrow and we can go look at them. First thing the next morning he called we met and he showed us some things that were almost what we wanted. We were going to look at one last house in the high desert and then he was going to show us some down the hill that we we had picked. As soon as we pulled up to the house he wanted to show us I was so impressed. When he opened the door I knew that this was my house, my husband did too. It had everything we asked for. It was move in ready. We told him this is it. He lay us know that the house had been on the market for two days and they already had a blind offer so they could accept offers but until the person who made the blind offer comes to see the home on Tuesday no offers would be presented to the owner. So we told him that we wanted to make an offer but we wanted to see a few of the listings that we had down the hill first. My husband would have to commute to LA everyday so we wanted to make sure we did not find something a little bit closer. Non of the houses measured up. So we told Reggie to put our offer in. We were already pre approved so he thought that would help us. But we would have to go and get another approval letter for the amount they were asking. He then asked us if we would be interested in letting his lender try to get us a better rate and that he is really good and fast. My husband and I decided to trust him and give it a shot. We sent him everything he needed and Reggie turned in our offer. The next morning Armando had us pre approved. Thinking that we would not hear anything back from the Monday afternoon Reggie got our offer in. By 7 PM that evening the seller came back with present your highest and best offer. Reggie, Armando, my husband and me discussed it. Reggie presented it and by Tuesday afternoon we were opening escrow. Armando, was just as amazing as Reggie said. This young man know his stuff. I hear all the time how stressful it is to buy a house. Not a bit of stress until it was time to pack. This is one of the best duos I have ever seen since Twix. These men have become friends not just real estate agent and loan officer. Do yourself a favor when you by your house. Call Reggie and Armando, you could not be in better hands. We closed escrow in 20 days, could have 17, but some changes had to be made to the names on title. Don?t miss out on a great experience with this amazing team. Thank you Gentlemen!!!!!!!
