DeAnna didnt just put our home on MLS and wait for offers to come in. She worked hard and was the critical asset to sell our parents home and adjacent timber farm after they passed. The home was a premium custom home in a small community an hour and a half from either Seattle or Portland valued 5 times the average home in the area, with adjacent acreage and timber that secured privacy and a beautiful view of Mt. Rainier. She took on the challenge just as the real estate market and economy took a serious downtown in 2021. She marketed to the local community, Seattle, Portland, and California. When we hit a large road bump with an unexpected issue in an inspection, she was key to finding contractors to evaluate and address the issue to get the property back on the market.
