Use an agent you like and trust! This is the largest purchase you will make in your life and you will be spending a lot of time with your Realtor.

Listen to your Realtor's advice. You are hiring them to sell your house and they have the experience to help you.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Investors, First Time Home Buyers, Relocations, Sellers, Referrals, Repeat Business from Past Clients, Flippers.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I helped an older couple relocate from the Northeast. We worked together for over a year. I took care of all of the details, big and small, once we were under contract. They were so grateful for my help making their dreams come true!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I was working as an executive assistant to a high producing Real Estate Agent and got hooked! I love everything Real Estate!
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have the Realtor Designation, an Accredited Buyer's Representative Designation and the Certified Military Relocation Specialist certification.
