I would just like to start out by saying that I rarely, if ever, take time to do reviews. More often than not, if it's a negative experience, I just quietly make a point of not traveling that road again. As to positive experiences with service or products at the risk of sounding negative I would say that mediocrity is pretty much the way of the world these days. Jacob Kroko is literally OUR ANGEL. Here's the story of why...In the Spring of 2021, my husband and I entered into an agreement to purchase land to put a home on and the ruthless seller pulled out 3 weeks before the deal was to be finalized. We lost money, we lost hope and most importantly we lost time. Fast forward to SEPTEMBER. Our townhouse lease was ending in less than 4 months and we were in a hurry to find a new home. Literally within a day of putting our feelers out, filling out the online search for a few homes we liked, we received a callback from Jacob. Jacob was great! He notified us when new houses should up on the market. He quick to set up house viewings and tried to be available all times of the week. He would point out good and bad features of a house and would give helpful opinions on viewings. He kept us updated on all of our paperwork and documents before closing.
