Working with Jacob was the best decision my spouse and I made during our home search. He was able to zero in on neighborhoods with all of the features we needed, and navigated us through the entire process from our initial search through closing. Most of all, and I cannot stress this enough, Jacob was and continues to be there for us. His willingness to respond to our questions and inquiries no matter the time of day or wherever he was (including on vacation!) is truly impressive. I know it sounds cliche to hear that you don't just enter into a business agreement with your realtor, but that you truly make a friend with them, but with Jacob it is true. I would just like to start out by saying that I rarely, if ever, take time to do reviews. More often than not, if it's a negative experience, I just quietly make a point of not traveling that road again. As to positive experiences with service or products at the risk of sounding negative I would say that mediocrity is pretty much the way of the world these days. That, is why now I feel compelled to come forth with some expression of appreciation for the Absolutely Outstanding job that my realtor, Mrs. Suzanne Super of Hometown Realty has done for me. In March of this year (2022) I re-located from Florida to Chesterfield Co. Virginia. The search for my new home in VA began back around Thanksgiving of 2021. Realtor Suzanne was very thorough from the start. She took the time to listen and ask questions in an effort to best understand exactly what I was looking for. Her efforts paid off ! After visits to dozens of properties and numerous video chats we found the property that I had been in search of. The home she found for me was an attractive, older home, of solid construction and was nestled away on a beautiful 1/2 acre lot in the Bon Air section of Richmond. I'm home... I'm home !, Thank you Suzanne! I just am having trouble believing that things could have worked out so well. This lady is Smart, Dedicated and kind as well. She got the job done for me and I would bet she will do it for you !

Jacob is fantastic! He's so personable and easy to work with, but also a very savvy realtor to have on your side (especially in this crazy market!). He promised to make buying and selling our old house stress-free and absolutely delivered. He went above and beyond showing us properties on evenings and weekends, making sure our inspection and appraisals were done right, and walking us through every step, all while being a genuinely kindhearted and fun person to be around- which is an added bonus! Our home sold in less than 3 days (like he said it would!) and we closed on a new home in 30 days thanks to his skills and organization, and help connecting us with the right people. We can't thank him and the Hometowne Realty team enough!
