My wife and I were first time buyers in 2022 and met DeAndre at an open house. He honestly became our realtor in a very organic way. First, let me say that DeAndre went above and beyond my expectations. To my knowledge, DeAndre was not a realtor when I bought my first home. However, when I entertained selling my home, I knew to reach out to him based on a close friend's experience. With that, he listed the home and brought in multiple offers. However, I decided to hang onto it and rent it out instead. I thought he'd be disappointed since he had done all the work to prepare the sale, list my home, and secure offers above my asking price.
