ZillowVERIFIEDOur experience w/ Dean has been phenomenal. He was extremely responsive and easy to reach via phone as we started the process of searching for an ideal unit to purchase. We made several trips to Destin to view available units and always received undivided attention from Dean. We found the ideal unit through Deans expertise and were able to get through the buying process with the assistance of the team that he assembled. Initially, we ran into a problem with a loan through a national bank but he was able to direct us to a local bank who was able to complete the loan process while offering comparable rates to the national bank. Post purchase, Dean has continued to help w/ pictures and other assistance. I expect to remain friends with Dean as we move forward with our new condo!
