ZillowVERIFIEDplz.. whatever you do.. dont buy an house for crestcore owners, which dean is there agant.more than that never let them manage your house.i bought the house in 06/18 from dean after been told there is a tenant there and crestcore is the property mangamentnow they said that the tenant left the house in may.. well...as a propery managment they start to send in the last week 4 "complains" from tenant (which turn out to be fake!) about repairs in the house that tenant complian about.. and start charge me for the reapris .. how the tenant complains 4 time in july when she left the house in may...??fake complains but the money they take is real. i give the case to a lawey, but i am writing this for the next potenail client to be aware who they dealing with..
