Dean is an excellent real estate agent. I have typically always sold by owner but with the new (in the last 10 years) requirements for real estate sales I decided to pay a realtor. While searching for houses, Dean was very patient and we never felt like he was pushing us to purchase a house he knew we wouldn?t be 100% happy with. Once we found a house we loved, which was a new build, Dean stayed on top of the building manager and construction progress; often visiting the house in person to send us pictures and updates.
