Deacon is quite literally the best realtor you will find in the Western New York area. No exaggeration. He has an ultra keen knowledge of all things real-estate related, as well as the current market and its trends, so nothing ever came as a surprise to us because Deacon was always one step ahead. For example, Deacon was always spot-on with his assessments of what a home would sell for, the areas of the house that could be problematic or require work, etc. Due to his laser focus when touring homes, Deacon often doubled as an unofficial home inspector of sorts with how incredible he was at finding issues that other realtors overlook with their clients. In addition, he's so incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. Never once did we feel like we were frustrating Deacon when the 9th or 10th house we looked at was a bust. Deacon was simply supporting, patient, and encouraged us that our dream home was out there. And it was! We also used Deacon as our selling agent as well when we found our dream home and listed ours. It was the SMOOTHEST process we could have asked for. Our home was beautifully photographed for the listing, we were kept in the loop every step of the way, and we had offers the day they were due.
