Deacon was always on time and prepared, he knew about every house before we even stepped foot in it. He looked for all the dates on the furnaces, a/c units; and other appliances. He checked the water pressure and the windows in every house. It was little a mini home inspection every time we looked at a house. Deacon helped negotiate a contract that worked for me. With the competitive market I had a couple offers not accepted, Deacon always reached out and informed me of what could have made my offer stronger and eventually got the perfect home for me!
