I've lived in several states and have moved many times in my life each time purchasing and selling a home and without hesitation Rute is by far the best realtor I've ever used and I've had some damn good ones in my life. When we contacted her from the very beginning she was able to help not just in the buying of a house, after all that's what they do, but she was able to answer questions, tell us about the neighborhoods we visited (details like number of homes selling (unhappy people), Schools, Churches, Organizations, Entertainment, parks, etc. This lady knew it all. She didn't show us houses she showed us what, after conversations and getting to know us the house she thought was our best fit. She didn't show us the pricey homes without asking us as there were homes that were our fit for less in great neighborhoods. Then beyond that she took care of all the paperwork and organized the closing. Folks we didn't do anything, she did it all for us basically ... She went above and beyond "realtor" duties and that's because anyone can sell you a house but Rute Haag is a true professional and she makes sure she sells you "YOUR HOME" not a house. I wholeheartedly and HIGHLY recommend you call her for your real estate needs ... We are new to Arizona and we have a true friend in Rute. Rute comes with years of experience and an abundance of contacts. Being new to the area, our knowledge of home buying in Arizona and who to trust was nil. Rute listened to our wants and provided us with homes to look at on a regular basis. All of her recommendations for things like Home Inspector, Mortgage Loan Provider, even local Contractors were extremely helpful. We never felt pressured to do agree to something we werent comfortable doing. We have been our new home for 3 months now and love it. I cannot express enough just how gracious my family and I are to have had Rute as our realtor during the home building process. You, like I previously, may think, why would you need a realtor when youre building a home? Let me tell you why. The sales person, albeit wonderful and helpful ultimately is employed by the home builder. A realtor is your advocate and whose sole job is to have your best interest at the forefront. And best of all, it costs you nothing additional so its essentially a no brainer. But not all realtors are created equal. Some will just walk in with you the first day to view the model and you wont hear from them again until your home is done building and they're ready to collect their commision check. Rute is the complete opposite. She was hands on during the entire 10+ month process, attending all meetings including our design meeting. Having been in the business for a long time, shes able to provide great insight on what upgrades are worth it to complete through the builder and which we could save on to do ourselves after. When issues arose during our building process she was a great advocate for us, even taking calls during her family vacation (sorry Rute!). This is now our third transaction with Rute and every time we were left feeling beyond blessed to have Rute on our team. She helped us by our first home 5 years ago and when it came time to sell that home, she worked to get us a great deal over our original asking price! Shes responsive and attentive and extremely knowledgeable. Navigating real estate can be overwhelming but having a realtor like Rute will make you feel confident and supported. Rute is by far the best real estate agent I've dealt with I was contemplating the home buying option for close to 3 years and as soon as I meet rute I decided that's the route I wanted to go she was 100% helpful she didn't try to sell me on anything that I didn't want and she treated us like we were part of her family I highly recommend rute to anyone that is looking for a home she will do whatever it takes to keep YOUR best interest in mind and make sure that the property you are buying is a forever home so if you not only want a fighter in your corner but also someone you can walk away calling a friend buy with rute!!!!
