Dayna is outstanding! We shopped for our house for ten months before buying. She drove us all over the Toledo Bend area over and over. The house we bought was one we had seen three times before settling on it. The whole time she was patient, helpful, and resourceful. We owned our home for 8 1/2 years, and as it was a lake home (camp) we didn't live there, so we simply called or texted Dayna whenever we needed to find a local resource. She was just as patient, helpful, and resourceful during our time there as when we were shopping. We recently sold our house and she was just as wonderful as she's always been! Sold it for asking price (which she set well above our idea of one!) to the first person she showed it to. We don't have a lot of experience with realtors, but I can't think of anything I could ask of one that Dayna hasn't delivered to the max. If you want property to buy or sell in the Toledo Bend area, I don't see how you could do better. I see the word "masterful" above. That's Dayna!

Dayna and her First Choice agents really went to bat for us and sold our home. We first listed our log home in 2016 with another local realtor. After one year, First Choice had shown our home 2 or 3 times. Hence when it came time to renew our contract, our decision was to list with First Choice. Dayna is friendly and customer oriented agent. She immediately came out, placed a large sign on the edge of the lake that could be seen from the boat lanes. The previous realtor had not done this even though we requested it. This sign generated numerous looks by boaters. Even though the high-end home market was poor on the lake, Dayna continued to promote our home. When we received our first offer toward the end of 2017, she as our seller agent and the buyer agent, also a First Choice agent, negotiated a good deal for us. Our buyer was apparently difficult to work with and kept making demands after the sales contract was negotiated. We met all requirements of the sales agreement while our buyer violated several. This resulted in a 3-week delay of closure after we had vacated the house and moved with the intent to close on a home we had signed a contract on. Dayna continued to pursue and negotiate the closing after we left and continuously stayed on top of everything. Best stated, she earned her commission. Considering the market, we were able to sell our home at a reasonable price and move in to our new home in Virginia. I do not think this would have happened with out Dayna's persistence, service and dedication to we as her customers. I highly recommend Dayna and First Choice Real Estate Service.
