We found a great property and settled in.Our daughter ended up relocating from NC and Dayna was our go to for that home purchase as well! I initially reached out to Dayna because she was the listing agent of a home I wanted to know more about. Through the course of that conversation, I asked a few general questions about the local real estate market and the process of searching for and buying a home in general. Dayna gave me some wonderful advice and after an extremely informative chat, wished me well. Given the time of year and hot market she was working in, I knew her time was extremely valuable and was grateful she donated a big "nickel's worth of free advice" to me. A few minutes later, I realized I had found an advocate who I knew would hard on behalf of my family. I phoned her back and asked if she would be willing to serve as a buyer's agent for me. To my relief and delight, Danya said "absolutely!" After that, my hunches were all confirmed as Dayna showed consistent professionalism, responsiveness, and a nuanced, experienced assessment of the market while we worked through some initial home searches.
