Need someone locally? Need a referral? A notary? A handyman? Some movers? Dawnita knows everyone. And she bends over backwards to help you. She doesn't ghost you as soon as she gets her commission (like some agents do). She ACTUALLY CARES. And she is super connected in the community so she knows where to go for what, who to talk to, etc. I got to speak with Dawnita. I found her incredibly knowledgeable about real estate, the local market and handling buyers and sellers. She also demonstrated this through her actions when helping my grandparent's.
