I cant thank Dawn enough for helping me and my husband find an absolute dream rental in Port Washington. We initially reached out to her about the second-floor apartment of a single-family house, but told her we were also interested in looking at other similarly-priced rentals in the area. She showed us a couple of places that were still unlisted, one of which was a 2-bedroom, 3-story townhouse with a finished basement and washer/dryer. We assumed the rent might be on the high side but decided we loved the townhouse enough to apply. Dawn vouched for our credentials with the buildings management, and not only was our application approved, but we were able to lease the unit for an amazingly low rent that was less than the apartment we first looked at. She was extremely kind and knowledgeable, and gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and recreational areas near our new place!
