Buying a home can be extremely nerve wrecking, especially as a first time home buyer. We met with Erika almost a year prior to planning to purchase and she was very understanding and respectful of our timeline. She would show us homes to allow us to understand the market and the neighborhoods in the time frame, even though she knew we were not yet ready to buy. Whenever she met with us, it was always a fun, stress free experience. She was never pushy or aggressive like some agents can be. When time came for us to get serious about buying, she was on top of every listing and very proactive with the market. She has a large network so was able to be aware of properties prior to listings. Additionally she keyed in on everything we said about the houses we saw and sent us individualized listings and gave honest advice. When it came to making offers, she really shines with using her business background and creativity to create the most appeal offers while not compromising our budget or needs. She was always available at a moments notice and always very patient and kind. My husband (who has bought and sold a few homes prior) and I have never met an agent as amazing as Erika. I highly recommend her and have already done so to other people.
