Bumped into Dawn, described to her what I wanted & needed, meanwhile I was running out of time to move. She came across the one I wanted most, even though I was short on time, I still demanded the upmost detail in that house. We met at the house, I asked her to put in a offer, that evening she had a counter offer to my offer, I ask her to accept with a stipulation, to which she did, & we an accepted, binding offer. As usual we had a complication later to which the listing office wanted to back out? She & her office went to war, & I was moved in a week. She is the fighter you want on your team, & I'm glad she was on mine.
