About Dawn Sharp

Dawn Sharp is the team leader of Sharp Homes Team with Epique Realty. Dawn grew up in rural Nebraska and in 2005 relocated to Kansas City with her husband of 24 years, Mike. Dawn is an expert negotiator and contributes her early learning to raising her blended family of 6 boys and 1 girl. Dawn is passionate about educating others and has a degree in education. She spent her early years teaching in the public school system. To this day, Dawn carries her passion for education by helping people learn the process of buying and selling homes. Dawn is also no stranger to hard work and high pressure situations. She volunteered with a small fire and rescue service where she then obtained her paramedic license. She is cool, calm and collected in high pressure situations which serves her real estate clients. Dawn obtained her Real Estate License in 2014 to sell homes that she and her husband had renovated. After a few friends asked her to help with the sales of their homes, she quickly realized that she loved the whole process. She worked as a solo agent until she began growing her team in 2018. Today, Dawn and her team strive to stay on the cutting edge of the ever changing trends in technology and have heavily implemented digital marketing in their sales arsenal. Dawn maintains her continuing education with daily training and masterminding with REALTORS all over the county through both her brokerage, Epique Realty and the national coaching company, Club Wealth, where she also coaches other agents to help them achieve their goals. Dawn has sold above and beyond the company's expectations, and is in the TOP 1% of real estate agents in the Kansas City real estate market. The entire buying process from start to finish was great with Dawn and her team. I took a while to find the house I finally settled on, but at no point did I feel like I was pressured to make a choice. Dawn and Keeli were just as enthusiastic to help me from the first house visit to the 100th. Professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and flexible to work with my schedule.What I really appreciated was that it never felt like they were trying to sell the house to me. Instead, they told me their opinion of what they saw and would point out any flaws they may notice. This was my first house, so they helped me every step of the way. I may have been able to figure it out, but Dawn and her team made it so easy and walked me through each step. Even after I had moved in, I had a question, and Keeli was quick to respond.
