Dawn was fantastic! We were relatively unfamiliar with the area and buying from out of town, and Dawn jumped right in, taking us all over to try to find the right place IN the right place, making the most of our long drive to come down. When we eventually (pretty quickly, actually) hit on a potential winner, she did an exhaustive remote video tour for us before we came down to get eyes on. When we made the offer, she was tireless in getting the deal closed. We relied extensively on Dawn's expertise and experience while negotiating, understanding the inspection, and getting it all done. And she was a kick in the pants the whole time - great fun to work with while still professional and focused. Would certainly recommend to anyone!

She worked together with us to stage the home and to set a price that would attract buyers. Our pictures were amazing and represented the home well with all of its features. We had beautifully written flyers that included the pictures. The house sold in one day, over asking, in an uncertain market of higher interest rates.
