We met with Dawn last summer after she'd sold a home in our neighborhood shortly before. Our plan was to meet with and interview a few agents in preparation to put our home on the market in the spring of 2024. Dawn's experience and strategy for a successful outcome earned her the job. Dawn was fantastic! We were relatively unfamiliar with the area and buying from out of town, and Dawn jumped right in, taking us all over to try to find the right place IN the right place, making the most of our long drive to come down. When we eventually (pretty quickly, actually) hit on a potential winner, she did an exhaustive remote video tour for us before we came down to get eyes on. When we made the offer, she was tireless in getting the deal closed. We relied extensively on Dawn's expertise and experience while negotiating, understanding the inspection, and getting it all done.
