      1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

      Get pre approved with a mortgage lender prior to viewing homes. Save your money for down payment and closing cost. Be ready to purchase the home when you see it.

      2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

      Be flexible with showings. Do not over price your home or you will be chasing the market.

      3) What types of clients have you worked with?

      I work with clients from all over the globe.

      4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

      I recently worked with a really good friend in purchasing their dream home. It was a pleasure and a honor to assist someone close to me with their goal of homeownership.

      I started in property management which lead to me selling residential real estate.
