Dawn informed me the need of a home warranty would be needed to close the deal and quoted me a price. The home warranty did help close the deal and the actual price was under what she said. Dawn also knew the prices of the properties in the area. We listed it higher but I knew what the actual selling number range.

My mother had passed away after living in her home for almost 50 years. Her home was now part of an estate and had to be sold. It was such an emotional and difficult time for me.
