I was searching for an agent for my aunt's home and can't believe I came across Dawn! It was a godsend. I'm a broker as well and interviewed quite a few agents, I can't tell you how many voicemails I receive without a return call for days. Dawn was the first one to pick up the phone! And never stopped answering the phone to address all my questions in a very responsive time-frame. She treated the sale of my Aunt's home as if she was selling her mom's home. She was there for showings, gave great advise on preparing the home for sale and showed compassion toward my aunt throughout the process knowing it was a difficult decision for her to sell. When it came time for negotiations - she scored us a full price offer! Dawn is one of those agents, that will always receive a 5 star rating because she cares!
