We did not know who to call, so randomly selected 2 realty people that seemed connected to the hi-rise condos we liked. The first that called did not follow up with info, but Dawn called immediately, then followed up immediately. She worked on our every request & was always available. On the downside, we needed details about Lost Key condos that she had not told us, like who to contact, getting keys & cards, how payments were handled, etc. We finally got it together on our own. But she was really attentive to our needs during the showings.
