ZillowVERIFIEDWe did not know who to call, so randomly selected 2 realty people that seemed connected to the hi-rise condos we liked. The first that called did not follow up with info, but Dawn called immediately, then followed up immediately. She worked on our every request & was always available. On the downside, we needed details about Lost Key condos that she had not told us, like who to contact, getting keys & cards, how payments were handled, etc. We finally got it together on our own. But she was really attentive to our needs during the showings.

Last and best offer demand by sellers is common so buyers dont get to negotiate or make second offers. You have to get it right the first time or you lose! Dawn also knew local lenders, inspectors, title companies, insurance brokers, and everyone else we needed to complete the purchase.
