About Dawn Leone

Dawn and Dan Leone are a brother and sister Real Estate Team who were born and raised in the Tuscarawas Valley. We both Graduated from New Philadelphia High School and went forward to College to pursue our Real Estate careers. We have a combined total of 28 years experience helping people achieve their goals whether it be selling or buying Real Estate. Our parents are Frank Leone who many people know from his many years employed at New Phila Buehlers and the beautiful Ruth Leone whose smile will brighten your day the second you see her at the New Phila Drug Mart. Our parents are the foundation of our success in the Real Estate business because from an early age they taught us the important of Respect, Honesty, Gratitude, Humor and Loyalty. It is because of these values we are such good Realtors and are able to best serve our clients needs. We both live on the outskirts of the New Phila area and enjoy spending time with our families.

When purchasing a home a lot of factors come to play that you don't realize. When working with Dan Leone everything is explained fully in an understanding way. Dan helped the entire time and even met on the weekend! After searching many houses we finally found our dream home and couldn't be happier. Dan has many contacts to help in the process including insurance,home funding and inspections! To put it short I wouldn't have been able to buy a home without this mans help!!!
