Dawn was absolutely the best and most patient realtor I have ever dealt with. I was moving from another state and was constantly on Zillow looking for the house I wanted. She would send me pictures to look at and was kind enough to hook me up with a different realtor in even a different state and I was also hooked up with another realter in a third state. I was constantly in contact with Dawn for at least 2 years. I finally ended up back with Dawn and we found the perfect place, made the deal, and I couldn't be happier. Kudos to Dawn!!!! Dawn was great! When preparing for an open house, she replaced light bulbs and even repaired a ceiling fan in the living room. I was no longer living there and she took the extra time to keep a watch on the house and let me know if anything needed to be done.
