ZillowVERIFIEDMy son is attending UNOH and wanted to move off campus, he visited the house that Dawn was the agent several times. She was happy to show him the house along with some of his friends several times. We finally decided to make the trip from Maryland to Lima, OH. I had talked with Dawn a couple of times before our visit and she lined up several houses for us to look at. We ended up putting a contract on the house our son had looked at and returned to Maryland. Dawn was wonderful working through the whole purchase process while we were out of state which took a lot of communication and a lot of work on her part from lining up house inspector, terminate inspector, etc. She set up and arranged everything we needed. She meet with my son to do the walk through and anything else that needed to be done, above and beyond a normal agents duties. We plan to sell when our son is finished school and are hopeful she is still an agent. We Highly recommend her!
