Natalie started with a great zoom explaining the steps and what to expect through the entire process. Being a first time home buyer, this was so helpful, and Natalie answered every one of my silly questions. Between our first meeting and actually going to look at houses, we had a little bit of time while my husband and I figured out our next steps. Natalie checked in periodically to let us know she was there when we needed her, but never pressured us to do anything we werent ready to do. When the time came to start looking, Natalie was the driver, but we were somehow always in control. She took the time to get to know what was important for us, what we were looking for, and kept our price range in mind. She was always on the lookout for upcoming listings, so we never missed an opportunity. When the time came for us to put in an offer, she helped us put together the best offer we possibly could have and then reassured us when we felt crazy trying to buy a house in this market. Once our offer was accepted and we were under contract, Natalie, Kristin, and Dawn were ON IT. They helped with all of the paperwork, scheduling inspections, working with the sellers agents, etc. They made sure we were always in the loop and that everything was in order. They helped make a stressful process simple and had the best communication. We are so happy to be in the home were in and it could not have happened without Natalie and The Dawn Griffin Group! I dont have enough good things to say about her or their team, but I am so grateful to them for everything they did and all of their help and guidance.
