Dawn was amazing! I had a realtor who was very slow in the process and I dumped her quick. I had been following Dawn on social media for about a year. Every post just made me love her more then one day I finally decided to call her. I am a person who has extreme OCD when it comes to conducting business. We spoke on the phone and the first conversation I explained everything i wanted and how prepared I was for this process. We talked on the phone just about everyday and she was very patient with me when i was feeling Uneasy because I hadn?t found my home. Her level of professionalism never changed. She respected the fact that I was a numbers person so when i asked questions she knew how to answer to keep me quiet. I remember when we the time came to review my homes value in comparison to other homes in the area. We sat on the phone and looked at everything together and she made sure I understood and was understanding when I didn?t. I love my new house and so does my family. I still can?t believe I am a homeowner and Dawn is so awesome I would use her or suggest her to anyone in a heartbeat.

She will let you no from the door, Im not here to sell you just anything and when she tell you that she work for you, she really works for you. There are so many wonder things I can say about this woman, she guided me every step of the way ( LITERALLY) for the purchase of my first home.
