I thought this was going to be a pleasant home searching experience with my family and REMAXX in Ocala and the surrounding areas as I had been planning with Sammi Brooks over the phone and Via Email for well over 12 weeks from Boston right up until the day I arrived in FLA. After calling Sammi Brooks and telling her we had arrived and I was confirming to meet as scheduled with her the next morning at 9AM. Sammi confirmed we would meet as scheduled to look at homes in the surrounding areas for a few hours as I had told her we were on a schedule while we were here in Ocala. At approximately 9:30PM that evening the night before we were to meet, Sammi sent me an SMS text to tell me that she was sorry and had to delay meeting us from 9:00AM as scheduled to somewhere around11:30 by 2.5 hours and meet at around 11:30AM because she FORGOT she had to take pictures of her listings!! I understand things come up unexpectedly and need to be rescheduled. However we had been planning for months and confirmed not less than 12 hrs before! I would think thats a routine thing taking photos of listings each week. I tried to call Sammi and was sent to Voice mail. She sent text that she was busy on the phone with some builders. She then sent me off to a new agent who tried to call me from her office to try and sell me a home whom Id never spoken too in the past. In Short.. Im going somewhere else for assistance on looking for a home. Im going to someone who is more punctual and organized.

A very nice guy, very professional. Lucky to have worked with Ricky. On time and fast on getting information and giving information. Al though the inspection took a long time Ricky would not want to leave. For example, I would actually ask him if he had to be else where that I would stay.
