Dawn was wonderful!!! Couldnt ask for a better agent. Went above and beyond to help us sell our home. She had professional pictures made when other agencies wanted us to pay for them. Dawn was a great, friendly, professional realtor to work with. I had one day off, and called as I was driving into town to get her help house shopping. She was able to accommodate me, and did a wonderful job. She stayed on top of the other realtor throughout the inspection and repair period, helped me with the terms I wanted, and gave me perspective on the very different and unfamiliar market that is Bougalusa. She worked closely with my wife and me all the way through the closing.
