We were first time home buyers and Davis made things easy for us. He was very accommodating of our specific needs and was very helpful in explaining to us the current housing market. He was available any time (even late!) and joined us frequently on the thousands of homes we toured homes.He never pressured us to close on a deal nor tried to persuade us to offer higher than what we were comfortable with. He gave us honest feedback when deciding on what to offer and used his good relationships with other realtors to push our offer forward.I will definitely go back to him for our future home purchases. His friendly and honest attitude definitely made our home buying experience enjoyable.

What a superbly easy real estate sale Davis pulled off. Quick, painless, & professional are the best adjectives to describe what it was like working with him and his entire team. From our 1st meeting to photography to showings to sale to a super-fast closing, the whole process was smooth. Just the right amount of hand-holding and advice. All in all, wonderful. Logan is one of the nicest helpful agent u could find! Her knowledge and personal motivation to help her clients find what they want in a house and that they are happy is what she cares about and her motivation is second to none!
