They dont respond in a reasonable time. If you are renting a place from them dont expect to get your deposit back. They will say they have 30 days ( him or his wife) and never respond to calls or text messages. They will say they sent the deposit and they wont. They are terrible when it comes to fixing thing ( having people come) fix things at your apartment.

I recently lived in the rental residence at 482 Washington Ave. After moving out in a few months ago, Mr. Zuccaro has dropped all forms of communications as he refuses to return the security deposit that is owed to us. I have also learned that this is not a one time occurrence but a habit with Mr. Zucarro. The previous renters also have yet to receive the money that is owed to them. If you choose to do business with this realtor I suggest you move with caution and make sure everything is well documented.
