My husband and I were searching the area on a Sunday afternoon for a safe and affordable subdivision for our daughter to live while attending college. Kennedi had the subdivision marked with signs for an open house that she set up for that day. We went in without an appointment and she was more than welcoming and accommodating towards us. She took time to discuss the area with us and make arrangements for us to view another home in the area. She was knowledgeable about the builders, the area, the property, and the process. We couldnt be happier with how we were taken care of not only with kindness and great attitude, but competent in her profession. We live out of town and she went beyond what she needed to do to make the process easy for us and was available for every viewing, every walk through, every inspection. She gave great advice to our daughter for staying the area and I feel we were blessed in meeting her that Sunday. Great job Kennedi!

So I pressed it and it was a professional video response of her introducing herself, with her name, where she works, and a little about herself. It put an actual face to her name so that when we went to our viewing we knew exactly who we would meet up with! So it was a good shock of a response! She answered every question we had, in a good response time. She reached out everytime she got an update. She was down to earth and so easy to talk to and get along with. She made us feel safe to voice any concern we had. I just cant say enough about the great experience we had with her! 5 stars is not enough to give, she deserves so much more!
