Dave handled our unexpected stressful situation of having to sell our home with extreme compassion, patience and understanding in a very detailed, methodical and structured manner. He was very determined to sell our house by showing the house any time someone wanted to see it while still being considerate of the day and time that worked with our schedules. He also offered to and did have multiple open houses. His level of communication was over the top. He was in communication with us throughout the entire process almost on a daily basis and even while on vacation in Hawaii! We highly recommend him to anyone in need of a realtor!
