David is fantastic! He had helped us purchase our condo in Addison back in 2015 and when it came time to sell in December 2020 it was a no-brainer to work with him again. He is super responsive and has a very good idea about the market. We were selling our property remotely (internationally) and David made the whole process seamless. He was there in person to coordinate with any handymen that came to the property to get it ready for showing. His experience and knowledge of the real estate market were invaluable and his guidance on several occasions saved us from making wrong decisions. Being a foreign seller, we needed to hire a local CPA and he was quick to reach out to his contacts and helped us find one who was familiar with the extra steps needed to be completed. His knowledge of the building process was indispensable! David regularly visited the build site to ensure everything was done correctly and timely. David helped me with listing my rental property a couple of years ago. The whole process was a breeze and David helped with all aspects of listing my rental property and finding a great tenant. Being a first time rental home owner at the time, I was very apprehensive about the whole process and if the incoming tenants would take care of my home properly and so on. However David eased all my concerns by answering my questions, addressing all my concerns and helping me find a great tenant. Since then, David also helped me find another tenant once the first one left. Same experience the second time around as well. Last year my tenant wanted to extend the lease for one more year and David helped me with that as well.
