He was easy to talk to and very laid back, not the least bit pushy. 2 months later I called from my summer home and asked him to list my house. That was on a Tuesday. He patiently walked me through all the electronic signing of documents. He staged the house and it was listed on Friday. Monday he called me with a very reasonable offer.
