About David Tate

Since the inception of Gulf Shore Life magazine's "Best in Customer Satisfaction Award" in 2004, I have been selected every year. There are less than 10 Realtors in all of SW Florida that can claim this distinction. Of the eight criteria measured, I score highest in customer service and integrity. Isn't this what a customer wants; a Realtor they can trust and one that exceeds their expectations of customer service? I have been helping customers find the homes they've wanted to purchase since 2001. During this time I've been with Sun Realty since 2003 and of their 300 plus agents, I have always been number one or two in sales. I am actively involved with my community, being the President of our homeowners association, on the Board of Directors and a coach for Special Olympics, and have been on many committees at our golf club. I hold certification of Accredited Buyer Rep and Certified International Property Specialist (less than 20 Realtors in Naples have this certification). My wife and I grew up in California, have lived in Germany, Arizona, Minnesota, Massachusetts and made Naples our permanent home in 2000. I'm looking forward to helping you with all of your Real Estate needs.

Worst realtor I have ever had. Do not trust him. He cares only about his pocket book not yours. Pushed and bullied me into a low ball offer so he could make the commission on both sides of the transaction.

Mr. David Tate is a wonderful Real Estate Professional. We watch all of the real estate shows on HGTV and David Tate is the ONLY agent we know who actually listens to his clients.
