She is not only our realtor but also has become a very good friend. Our unique home was a challenge to find. Location, size, property,,, didn't matter to us. I imagine realtors would have thought of us to be difficult but Dawn was are 'Ray of Sunshine'. She was understanding of our needs, showing us many contenders. When we found our home most businesses was up and running again after being Covid restricted. Our mortgage loan specialist was understandably very busy. As I emagine Dawn was as well. Except she always answered calls promptly, spoke with our loan specialist in our behalf, assisted with yet another paper or form the underwriters needed. Because of her background and knowledge she was able to assist us Above and Beyond what a normal realtor could do. Even in off the wall brief conversations she really listened constructively and had logical input and advice. Closing went so smoothly with Dawn by our sides. She achieves so much in a humble, kind, and polite way. We are proud owners of our dream home. For business and new friendship we highly recommend Dawn. Are realtor then, now and always.
