Within barely more than a week after listing it with Mr. Sturgeon, he had two offers for me, each very close to one another. I countered the higher offer made, which was "countered back" at a number I could live with. It wasn't a deal "made in heaven," but it was a deal--a deal I could walk away with and live to invest another day.
