David was responsive via Zillow and when I called him to see one of his listings, however when we went to view an apartment in Lyndhurst that we were very interested in, it was really strange. David did not even introduce himself, nor did he show us around and tell us anything about the apartment itself, probably the worst experience Ive ever had with a broker who is asking for a broker fee of one months rent. Its unfortunate because had he been friendly we would have taken the apartment on the spot.
