We began working with David in the late winter at a time when the housing market in the Burlington area was (and is) very tight. He was asked to work under circumstances where he had to keep exquisite confidentiality because of a job search situation, and he did a great job at this. The job search was a success and we used David to help us identify potential houses, first virtually, then in-person. David's communication was prompt and thorough, even in those times when we peppered him with anxious questions or used him as a sounding board for out-of-the-box ideas. When we needed adjacent services (lender, inspector, lawyer, etc.), he gave us multiple recommendations - the ones we ended up going with were all stellar. When the day of the closing on our new home arrived, the gift he gave us clearly reflected that he had learned who we are, choosing an unusual piece of art by a local artisan. David is the best!

David is a very thoughtful down to earth guy. I. can't recommend him enough. I really appreciated his proactive approach to working with us to finding new properties and to always following up on questions we had of the listing agents, about the neighborhoods and any other questions we had. He also was very hands on in helping us through the transactional piece which made the process go very smoothly.

I worked with David to look for a house in 2022/2023 and I ended up purchasing in the summer of 2023. David was patient with us throughout the process as we looked at a variety of options and learned more about what we did and didn't want. He helped us talk through the pros and cons of different scenarios and home features, which was very helpful as a first time homebuyer. One of the things I really appreciated about working with David was his nuanced way of approaching my concerns about the home issues we encountered during viewings. He wasn't overly positive, which would have lessened my trust in him. But he was always able to offer a couple ways of viewing a situation and provide possible solutions. David is knowledgeable, well connected, and respected by his colleagues. And he was thoughtful, considerate, and respectful of my process. In an industry that can be pretty cutthroat, David strikes a great balance of being people-oriented and skilled in negotiation and strategy. I'd highly recommend him if you're looking for an agent!

I really can't speak more highly of David and my experience with him. We've had a couple of realtors over the years as we searched for one type of property or another and hadn't really clicked with anyone until we met David. And it's really important to click with your realtor. He's knowledgeable and patient, keeps up with what's happening in our local market and not just the national trends, which aren't always the same, and he gave us honest advice when it came to negotiating. Check out his social media, too, because he's using it well to help educate people on the real estate world. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend David to literally everyone I know.

I honestly don't even know what to say about how incredibly helpful and integral David was about the process of helping me sell my beloved home in the Old North End of Burlington. He went above and beyond, thoroughly taking the time to explain the process of how he came up with the price, his marketing strategy, and how he would respect the values I brought to the sale of my home while also truly tending to my, er, emotional state of it being a tender thing to work through. He was always quick with response time and was incredibly professional, while also feeling like an old friend; a balance he wove beautifully that helped me feel comfortable throughout this process as well as respected. He made sure I was fully informed as well as actually understood every step of the sale, making wonderful recommendations and offering helpful guidance and referrals when needed. In the end, my home was sold for a great price to someone I know will be a good fit for my neighbors and the future of the neighborhood, which, to me, was extremely important. David is a true gem to work with, always having my best interest in mind throughout this whole process, while being business savvy and in touch with the current market and trends.
