I literally could not have asked for a better realtor!! He was great and so freaking helpful. Was able to answer any questions we had and was great with negotiating with the sellers and the other realtor so that we were able to have our dream home. Also great with scheduling to go view a house and was very honest and open about any house we were looking at regarding what he thought about the house and never once stopped looking for our perfect home until we signed the papers. In a dynamic environment like the South Bay, it's so important to find an agent that truly cares about your requirements in a home and that knows the area so well. While I have not yet purchased a home with Julian, he has been there whenever I have questions or need assistance with the lending process.
