Highly knowledgeable of the SML area, they were always willing to go the extra mile in finding/recommending new listings that met our requirements and showing properties of interest. Their ability to conduct showings via facetime allowed us to see properties within hours of listing. Showings were very thorough to include detailed explanation of systems (septic, well/water filtration, generator, power on boat docks, etc). If they felt a particular property had maintenance issues, other disadvantages or was just not the right fit, there was zero hesitation in pointing that out. Their teamwork provided a balanced view of each prospective home and David had no problem hiking through the underbrush to show us every corner of undeveloped waterfront lots. Available day and night, I felt like they were always looking out for our interests.Their detailed knowledge of the nuances of SML home ownership; ability to move quickly on new listings and skillful negotiating in a very fast paced market, brought our search to a close with the successful purchase of a beautiful waterfront home. ZillowVERIFIEDGail and I want to thank David for being our realtor at Smith Mountain Lake. He hung in there with us for at least three years while we waited for everything to be right. David understood what we were looking for and faithfully emailed us new properties as they came available for consideration. David negotiated the purchase price as if he were doing it for himself getting us a price $5000 less than the max offer we suggested we submit. Then after a final price was agreed he got us another $5000 off as a result of the home inspection. One more item that we appreciated was that his wife Beth was always with him when he was showing us properties. It is so good to see a couple working together as a team. Randy

ZillowVERIFIEDDavid is a true pro! We didn't know a lot about the area and he was able to share all of his knowledge and guide us through the process. We originally lost the house in a bidding war. Then when that deal fell through David was able to negotiate with the selling agent to allow us reactivate our offer before putting back on the market! AND we got our dream lake house. Amazing! So happy with his knowledge and service.
