We selected Steve Rankin as our realtor to sell a 3-bedroom condo in Brookline after interviewing three other local agents. From the start, Steve laid out a clear plan and timeline for preparing the property for market, with the goal of achieving a quick sale at the best possible price. The condo needed full interior painting, floor refinishing, and several additional repairs. Steve managed all of itaEUR"coordinating contractors, overseeing the work, and arranging for staging. This was my first time selling a home and I am so fortunate that I had the opportunity to work with Dave Shorey as the realtor. He went to my home, took a complete set of pictures, and made recommendations as to what renovations would be beneficial to help in attracting buyers for my condo that was quite dated. Dave provided referrals for a contractor, stagers, and cleaners and managed the process of having professional photos and video footage of the home for the listing. Our first and only open house attracted many prospective buyers and we had a full price offer the next day.
