Dave is hands down the most experienced, knowledgeable and dedicated realtor out there. David did an amazing job with helping us close on a house in a difficult market. He was always on top of it and was quick to address any and all questions that we had. Another great thing about David is that he works with an amazing team and has excellent referrals when it comes to doing various things whether its getting a mortgage, fixing up the deck, or having a great attorney. Hes like a walking yellow book yet hes very transparent and wont sugarcoat anything especially when it comes guesstimating the cost of renovations, closing cost, etc...
