As an investor I have been purchasing and selling multifamily properties, commercial properties, managing properties, remodeling and flipping houses. Real estate runs in my family. My Mother was in real estate sales, my sister is a broker and my son owns his own firm in the State of Washington. Integrity and high ethical standards have been part of my life being educated in Catholic School and the University of Washington as well as six years in the Marine Corps. Semper Fi. Growing up in a family of seven children, I was taught at an early age that we needed to take care of each other and that applies to my career in real estate. My philosophy is simple, it's all about you and what your needs are and taking care that you get the results you want.
