When just 14 years old I started working at the Parade of Homes. When my family went on vacations I was sure to go with my dad to look at Model Homes in other states. When I was 16 years old I delivered Real Estate Newspapers to Grocery Stores across the valley. The passion started early and carried on to today. I'm a Utah Native that earned my nickname 'Utah Dave' in high school because my friends said it didn't matter where in Utah you went, I knew how to get there and I knew someone there. The name holds true today for real estate. If someone else can help you better than I can, I will connect you with them. My wife and I met dancing and we love to travel. We love all foods and cultures. We love sushi, Thai, Indian, Hawaiian, Mexican, Brazilian, and Jamaican food! I love helping people buy and sell homes. I have been so passionate about giving my clients the best that other top agents have even come to me to help them with their personal homes.
