I love taking care of people. I would love to take care of you! You are #1 to me and you will know it! Real Estate was in my blood at an early age. When just 14 years old I started working at the Parade of Homes. When my family went on vacations I was sure to go with my dad to look at Model Homes in other states. When I was 16 years old I delivered Real Estate Newspapers to Grocery Stores across the valley. The passion started early and carried on to today. I'm a Utah Native that earned my nickname 'Utah Dave' in high school because my friends said it didn't matter where in Utah you went, I knew how to get there and I knew someone there. The name holds true today for real estate. If someone else can help you better than I can, I will connect you with them. My wife and I met dancing and we love to travel. We love all foods and cultures. We love sushi, Thai, Indian, Hawaiian, Mexican, Brazilian, and Jamaican food! I love helping people buy and sell homes. I have been so passionate about giving my clients the best that other top agents have even come to me to help them with their personal homes. I'm the guy that other top real estate agents have called for help to sell their personal homes.When I got into this business, I was determined to find ways that help my clients get the best results. I knew that there were things I could do to help them sell faster and for more money. I knew that the training locally wasn't enough though as it wasn't giving agents above average results. Also, I knew I had to gain experience and knowledge to best protect them when buying a home. As a result of that determination, we have amazing stories and success. Where the average agent sells appx 6 homes a year, Ive created a sales machine to help our clients get the best results possible for them. Recently an analysis of top real estate agents in our area showed that I sold our homes faster than any of these top producers. Our average was 2 weeks while their average time to sell a home were 3 weeks. (State average is appx 30 days.) Also, other top producers analyzed only sold 55% to 77% of the listings they took in 2016. Several of these top agents use radio as their marketing source.
