Even better - the home sold after TWO DAYS on the market for above list!! In this market that is slowing - David really did a tremendous job. A few other things David went above and beyond for:- We needed some electrical work done and David recommended us to a local electrician that had very fair rates and did fantastic work.- He had a stager come and help us identify where particular upgrades, movement of furniture, and prioritization of our time would be to get the most value out of our house.- He uses a very helpful app to let us know exactly when a tour is happening ahead of time so it's never a surprise and gave us plenty of heads up.In summary, I would work with David again in a heartbeat - great realtor, very friendly, and has all the tools and connections to make it a great process!
