He made us feel confident that the house would be taken care of and ready for market when we had to leave the state before most of the repairs and improvements were done. He ensured the home was open when needed for contractors and deliveries, while also taking the time to check that the home was locked securely after each contractor. He sent pics and video of the progress and thoroughly examined any work contractors did as though it was his own home.
