David and Erika did a great job of selling our house in a difficult market due to high interest rates and the screwed up insurance market in Sonoma County. We were not in the area when we listed the property so David and Erika had to do a lot of things over and above the usual. They did a great job of marketing, showing and staging the house. They got us almost our full asking price with an offer that had very few contingencies. They have helped us to buy a couple of homes and have sold about a dozen properties for us.
